PRIVACY NOTICE

You have a right to know how your personal information is handled when we do business with you. We give our customers a Privacy Notice for our company every year to tell you how your personal information is collected, used, and shared.

If your account has more than one name on it, we may send only one notice to the address we have on file for you. We may change our privacy practices and if it is a material change, we will provide you a revised notice. At that time, you will be able to choose whether your information remains confidential or is shared with others. We have the same privacy practices for our former customers as we do for our current customers.

What information is covered by this notice?

Your financial information that is not known to the public.

Examples are your name, address, social security number, or any list identifying you. It may also mean what product or service you purchased from us, your account balance, your payment history, or information collected from you through our Internet web page.

We do not sell your information. We do not share financial information about you to others outside our company unless allowed or required by law. The protection of your information is very important to us and we strive to protect it.

We collect and use information we believe necessary to provide you with the products and services you need.

Where do we get this information and what are some examples?

• From you, on applications, loan documents or correspondence. It may be salary information, assets and liabilities, and identifying information, such as name, address and social security number;

• From your transactions with us, such as account balances;

• From consumer reporting agencies, such as credit history;

• From discussions with our customer service staff or information from our interactive tools or web site access; or

• From other sources with your consent.

We comply with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. We may share with others as allowed or required by law, such as regulators, law enforcement, fraud prevention, credit bureaus and service providers. Service providers help us do our job. These may be third parties to help administer our business, companies to complete transactions you request or printing and mailing companies. Our service providers may not use or share the information except to carry out the specific services on our behalf.

We work hard to protect your information. This means only employees who have to have the information to do their job have access to it. We have physical, electronic, and procedural policies in place to protect the information. We monitor our computer networks and test the strength of our system to help protect the safety of your information.
