We offer electronic funds transfer debiting and crediting from your checking or savings account.

CCS charges a flat, monthly, per loan fee which covers the full range of servicing and default functions.  Additional services, such as title clearing and REO management, can also be obtained through CCS, whether we service the loan or not. Fees will be withheld from the monthly remittance to the investor along with any advances made by CCS during the month.  There is never an “add-on” to the base pricing we quote you.  We have rarely found a note too difficult to service
